Xiyun Li was reportedly an elementary school teacher on Jasmine as of 3071.[1]

Xiyun Li, at the age of 43, participated in a protest on 1 March 3071 which damaged the Word of Blake operated HPG station on Jasmine. She explained her motivation for participating as relating to the interdiction imposed by the Blakists, and her upset at the damage that had caused to families and businesses.[1]
