Vladimir Panin was an Adept in the 401st Division.[1]
History[edit]
Adept Panin studied Cartography at the University of Moscow on Terra before joining the ComGuards. This training would allow him to so accurately spot artillery strikes that during the Battle of Tukayyid even the sight of his BattleMech became enough to flush Clan Diamond Shark forces out of fixed positions to avoid the inevitable barrage.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Panin piloted a Mercury with a blue seagull painted on its armor.[1]
