Captain Ipsen Chang was one of the most celebrated early Capellan MechWarriors during the Age of War.[1][2]

Chang was one of the first MechWarriors to receive a FRB-2E Firebee after they began rolling off the production lines in 2524, and was credited with dozens of combat vehicle and infantry kills with the machine, as well as half a dozen 'Mechs. He however let his success and fame go to head, and was executed by Chancellor Kalvin Liao by immolation with Inferno gel sometime before 2530, after he was caught sleeping with one of the Chancellor's wives.[1][2]

BattleMech[edit]

Chang was known to have piloted a FRB-2E Firebee BattleMech.[1][2]
