Major Sean Eric Kevin was an officer with Wolf's Dragoons mercenary unit and member of the Seventh Kommando.[2]

Kevin considered himself to be of Irish ancestry, to which he had a near-fanatical devotion.
As of 3030, as a lieutenant, Kevin was the commander of Third Platoon (Gray Wolf), Motorized Infantry (Laser) of the Seventh Kommando.[3]
He was later, sometime before 3054, promoted to major. In this role, during the Dragoon Civil War of 3054, he was the commanding officer of the elements of Seventh Kommando that sided with Elson Novacat against Jaime Wolf.[2]
Elson Novacat considered Kevin a quiet and competent officer, who had no interest in the politics of the Civil War, just wanting someone to give him orders that would mean he could use his skills.[4]
His efforts for Elson led however to his death, being cut in half at the waist by a katana sword wielded by Michi Noketsuna at the ComStar HPG on Outreach, during an unsuccessful attempt to prevent Noketsuna and Stanford Blake from sending Elson’s entire attack plan to Jaime Wolf.[1]
