Hester Janocek was the commanding officer of the 151st Procyon Guards Infantry Regiment in 3071.[1]
He had a very good working relationship with Precentor Nicholas Alvarez, senior administrator of the Procyon HPG and liaison between the Procyon Protectorate Militia and the regular Blake Militia (consisting of two Level II BattleMech forces).[1]
His personal staff included Pippel Ximenez, who was attached from the Procyon Protectorate Militia.[2]
