Colonel Asuelo, serving with the Third Fusiliers of Oriente, was stationed on Promised Land in 3059 and remained there by 3067.[1][3] Asuelo was censured by League Central Coordination & Command for using excessive force against an uprising on Promised Land in 3056 and was nearly censured again for criticizing the Captain-General's failure to authorize attacks on the Lyran Commonwealth during the Federated Commonwealth Civil War.[1][4]
