Description
Developed by the Draconis Combine, the Heavy PPC is a larger, more potent version of the Particle Projector Cannon. The Heavy PPC has the same damage potential and heat buildup of a Clan ER PPC, though it lacks the range of that weapon. During the Jihad, the technology made its way throughout the Inner Sphere.
