History
Jun Liao was a member of the Capellan nobility, and a member of Capella's Liao's, family nearby related with the House Liao. He became infamous about 3130, when he used the family name to defraud local branches of the Capella Commonality traveling world to world, demanding cash for the central commonality reserves, stoling billions of yuan. However, he was caught up, having set a record for consecutive months of debauchery on his personal DropShip. After being judged, he was executed for his crimes, with his cousin Chancellor Daoshen Liao-Centrella making watching his execution a mandatory act for every Capellan citizen, to made them know than not even the Liao family was exempt from puting the state before themselves. Though it didn't appear than there weren't reprisals against his daughters, it is implied than the shame of his name cast a shadow upon them.[2]
