Overview
TharHes is a House Steiner manufacture of BattleMechs, Battle Armor, Exoskeletons, and other military equipment.
Company History
Tharhes was originally a branch of Hesperus II's Defiance Industries which was originally military equipment manufacture. By 31st Century, Defiance was suffering from sluggish sales, and sold the company in order rebound.
As joint venture between Wellby and Steiner noblefamilies, the company was purchased them. With Landgrave Michael Wellby installed as it first CEO, company was revamp to include BattleMech production in early 3010s starting the Crusader. The company begun with some stumbling, when had recall first 200 of the 'Mech when it was found that reactor shielding for this batch was flawed.[1]
The company's begun to show better profits in 3020s with production of the original WLF-1 Wolfhound. Its success with Wolfhound paved the way for to expanded 'Mech production and much later smaller BattleArmor and Exoskeletons.[2]
TharHes is bound by a contract that proved to be an embarrassment. When the production of the WLF-2 Wolfhound began, they entered a long-term contract with Doering Electronics to provide them with the communications system for the Wolfhound. The TharHes electronics family was very popular, but they're not used by their premier 'Mech.[3]

As of 3025, the Chief Operating Officer for the TharHes was Landgrave Michael Wellby.
