William Nikoli

William Nikoli (b. ???? - d. ????) was a precentor in the Word of Blake Militia and the commanding officer of the 9th Division during the latter part of the Battle of Luthien.[1]


History

William Nikoli led the 9th Division following the recall of Precentor Alice Phuong in February 3072.[1]
