Cho-sho Phillip Garson was the commander of a Draconis Combine Admiralty Squadron as of 2764.[1]

Garson's Squadron was tasked with shadowing the Star League Defense Force's Forty-fourth Pursuit Squadron under Vice Admiral Jean-Paul Moreau, with whom he shared a cordial relationship, based on a common love of drinking and off-color jokes.[1]
