The Twenty-Second Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.[1]

History
The 22nd was a part of the XVIII Corps, Seventeenth Army, and in 2764 was assigned to an undisclosed world in the Magistracy of Canopus territorial state. The 22nd was caught up in the rebellion that followed the New Vandenberg Uprising in 2765 and fought during the campain to liberate the Terran Hegemony. The regiment didn't follow Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus; instead, the 22nd joined the Lyran Commonwealth.[1]
Composition
As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 22nd would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, plus tanks and hovercraft.[2]
