History
In 3057 the Forty-sixth Cavaliers were defending Courchevel. The Black Thorns mercenary unit landed on the world and the Forty-sixth's First and Second Lightning Fangs Binaries fought with the mercenaries most frequently.[1]
Operation Bulldog
The Forty-sixth Cavaliers was stationed on Courchevel alongside the Fourteenth Garrison Cluster of Omega Galaxy when the Ryuken-roku challenged their commander to a series of shooting duels, which the DCMS unit won.

Star Colonel Denard Deveraux - killed in 3057 Star Captain Bledsoe Sumner - Second Lightning Fangs Binary (3057)
As of 3062 the commanding officer was Star Colonel Mill Watson.
