History
As one of the units rebuilt as part of the Hidden Lion program, the Fifth Sian Dragoons were instrumental in misleading the RAF and AFFS regarding their strength. They took part in the second battle of Tikonov, and forced the 3rd Federated Suns Lancers to retreat from New Moscow by using a three day long artillery bombardment. They then used a group of ConstructionMechs and combat engineers to rapidly bridge the Ulan River. This bridge allowed a quick attack on New Moscow. They had a full battalion of artillery and ConstructionMechs assigned to them in the Dark Age. The ConstructionMechs were used to create combat fortifications during Operation CELESTIAL REWARD.[1] They were stationed on Yangtze in 3145.[2]
