Alexander Kernoff is the Prcentor ROM and a member of the Ruling Conclave of the Word of Blake during the Jihad era.
Prior to the ComStar Schism, Kernoff served as the Precentor of the La Grave HPG transmitter, which he destroyed before leaving ComStar and aligning with the Word of Blake
