Alexey Kotov was the commanding officer of the Hunter and Prey III-epsilon of the Word of Blake Militia's First Division as of 3062.[2]

Precentor VII Kotov, serving with the First Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062.[2] By 3067, now-Precentor XII Kotov remained in command of the Hunter and Prey and was stationed on Ingress.[1]
