Rear Admiral Anthony Hisaishi was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 74th Reconnaissance Squadron as of 2764.[1]

Leading a newly formed Squadron as of 2764, Rear Admiral Hisaishi spent most of his time travelling to the different widely dispersed elements of his command, in an attempt to improve communication and coordination.[1]
