Arastide Habeas was a noble from the Lyran Commonwealth.

In 3067 Arastide was a lecturer in Military Science at the New Avalon Military Academy.[2] He was however reported to have been dead for several years as of 3071, at which times some of his works were being updated by other authors.[3]
