Beatrice Avellar (Born 2691 - Died 2765) was a 28th century ruler of the Outworlds Alliance.
Early Life
Only fifteen years old when her father Davis Avellar resigned due to a heart condition, Beatrice was governed by her aunt Heather as regent for the first three years of her reign.
Beatrice encouraged interstellar expansion, technological progress and humane and social policies. She was also a severely puritan and offered incentives through her reign towards anyone studying classical Spanish (ironically, despite a lifelong effort she never became fluent herself).
During the New Vandenberg Uprising Beatrice died of natural causes and was succeeded by her grand-daughter Allyce Avellar.
