Planetary Description

Bjarred is a small world which has large ribbons of vegetation on its surface near the . Under its large sun, the planet's ribbons of vegetation is sustained by mostly subterranean waterways, where it has few pockets of surface water. Its limited vegetation left large mountains ranges containing valuable metals and ores.

Planetary History

Early History

It was first settled in the 23rd Century by explorers from the Ozawa Merchant organization, whom had come to exploit Bjarred's mineral riches. The planet became the home of Deep Ore Company, the mining company continue run though centuries. The Deep Ore had been raided over its time, by bandits from roam the planet's mountains.

By 3025 the world had been protected by a Battalion of 4th Pesht Regulars. The Deep Ore Company's then chief operating officer, Melissa Ozawa, finally had been fed up with Planetary Chairman's increasing demands in high bribes. Despite refusing, willing accept competition should arrive on planet.

Clan Invasion of Bjarred

During the Clan Invasion, the planet was taken by Clan Nova Cat in November of 3051. At the time, the planet had no regular military forces defending it. Nova Cat Keshik, lead by Khan Severen Leroux, had AeroSpace Fighters scout the world for resistance forces, which none were found. After assigning a Provisional Garrison Cluster, did Bjarred's resistance forces arisen. Named the Free Bjarred League, these resistance fighters waged guerrilla war against the cats from the Decony Plains. Using extensive water tunnels as base and disguise their movement, they had been successful eluding the garrison force until the Deony Waterway's discovery. Instead of destroying the league, garrison engaged in negotiations with rebels by order of Nova Cat's Khan.

Operation Bulldog and Return Combine Rule

In the Second Wave of Operation Bulldog in 3059, DCMS forces issue a Trial of Possession for Nova Cat controlled world of Bjarred. The "Trial" for this world, was decided by a coin toss. Where defending world's Nova Cat commander, Star Colonel Olivia Drummond of the 187th Striker Cluster called "edge" to 6th Ghost Regiment's Tai-sa Katherine Oltion's flipping a newly minted Star League Coin.

Industrial Complexes

• Deep Ore One - World's only source of industry since it settlement. The company continue operate until the Clan Invasion, where it fell under control of Clan Nova Cat.
