History[edit]

Operation REVIVAL[edit]

The Aegis-class heavy cruiser CJF Black Talon accompanied Vau (Peregrine Galaxy)'s Ninety-fourth Striker Cluster throughout the Invasion.[1]

Post-REVIVAL[edit]

As of 3059, the Black Talon was serving as one of nine Aegis-class vessels serving in the Jade Falcon touman, operating alongside the CJF Blue Talon, CJF Frost Falcon, CJF Gold Talon, CJF Jade Talon, CJF Red Talon, CJF Hawk Eye, CJF Janice Hazen, and CJF White Talon.[2]

The Black Talon was captured by Archer Christifori in 3064. The vessel was in dry-dock undergoing maintenance above Butler, and only partially powered when attacked. Following a short battle, Star Admiral Martin Thastus conceded defeat and was taken bondsman. General Christifori quickly turned the vessel over to Clan Wolf-in-Exile, his partners in Operation AUDACITY.[3]

The vessel was renamed the Black Paw[4] and served the Wolves-in-Exile until 3075 when it was lost in Odessa / Gabriel campaign.[5]
