Canopian Highlanders

History

Founded after the Reunication War the unit stayed for the next centuries on the sides of the Magistracy of Canopus. For a short time they signed a contract with the FedCom in exchange for upgrades, but the Davion doensn't stand to their word. THe Highlanders return to their Home state. During the next years the command defended several planets against bandit raider. But tragedy struck the force in 3067 after a succesful bombing attemp against the senior staff of the mercs. The force behinde the assasination was a group of three different pirade bands.

During the Jihad the unit defende the Magistracy.
