Cheryl Raume was a Precentor within Comstar who raised to command the 48th Division between 3050 and 3067.[1][2][3]

Precentor Raume twice refused promotion to army command, considering her skills ill-suited to administrative tasks. That action earned the implicit trust and loyalty of her troops. Like most commanders in the 11th Army, Raume wholeheartedly supported Victor Steiner-Davion prior to the FedCom Civil War.[1][2][3]
