General Della al-Nahib was the commander of the 12th Vegan Rangers Mercenary unit from 3116 to at least 3147.[1][2][3][4]

History
Inheritance
The daughter of former 12th Vegan Rangers CO General Miller al-Nahib, command passed to Della on his retirement in 3116, after which she transferred the unit's employment from the Federated Suns to the Marik-Stewart Commonwealth in search of better opportunities.
Vega Protectorate
Not generally seeing much action in the following 20 years, Della and the Rangers later signed with Jacob Bannson in mid-3133, under whose command they were sent to Vega to drive of a Draconis Combine invasion in 3136.[1] Arriving to the surprise of the defending forces under the control of Galaxy Commander Isis Bekker-Florala on 1 December 3136, Della announced the Rangers would help fight for the freedom of their spiritual home world, thanks to the funds provided by Bannson.[5]
Assisting Bekker-Florala in forming the Vega Protectorate, Della and the Rangers remained on Vega until 3141, during which time they defeated an attack in 3137 by the Fifth Sword of Light.[1]
Ulan Batar
Subsequently returning to Davion employ, in 3145 Della and the Rangers were based on Ulan Batar, where they were forced to fight the First Liao Grenadiers for several months.[1][2]
Task Force Styx
Eventually managing to disengage from the Liao Grenadiers, the Rangers were assigned to be a part of Operation CERBERUS and the liberation of New Syrtis, with Task Force Styx. In December 3147 following the Davion landings on New Syrtis, Della was directed by Julian Davion to have her unit secure the Saso Statehouse, which was where Duchess Amanda Hasek had been executed by the Capellan occupiers.[3]
