Chairman Efrein Prado was an officer in the Alliance Military Corps during the thirty-first century.[1]

By 3085 Efrein Prado had reached the rank of Chairman, and was serving as the Commanding Officer (CO) of the Second Battalion of the Alliance Grenadiers, under the overall command of Chairman Janet Rice.[1]
