Emilio was a Trueborn Clan warrior who was assigned to the Katyusha Keshik in 3062.[1]

Emilio was one of the two warriors that Star Colonel Bispham selected to set a bomb to kill several of the Inner Sphere delegation to Strana Mechty. They failed and were finally stopped by Clan members after a shootout.[1]
