Eric Edan was, as of April 3150, a guard for House Vengalil on Emporia.[1]
History[edit]
By 3150, Edan was part of Ritza Academy Cadet Nadine Roux's personal spy network. His codename was "Krugerrand."[1]
In April 3150, the Seventh Ghost Regiment invaded Emporia and quickly encountered resistance from Roux and associated cadets. Early in the invasion, the Seventh captured the Vengalil estate, and Edan with it. With rumors of major prisoners kept at the estate, the invaders lured Roux's team in on 14 April; the cadets lost a 'Mech rescuing only a few people. Edan, badly wounded, was among those rescued.[2]
After the raid on the estate, Edan met with several of Emporia's nobles, delivering intelligence on the Seventh's strength and urging popular rebellion. He took a recording of the meeting back to Cadets Nadine and Jasper Roux.[3]
