Hashim Singh was a diplomat working for the Principality of Regulus as of 3071.[1]
History
Singh was a Regulan diplomat, working for Captain-General Kirc Cameron-Jones, who was reporting missing on 9 August 3071. Just before he disappeared, he was reportedly working on a response to representatives of Duke Paul Marik, in relation to the announcement that the world of Gibson would be passed to the control of the Word of Blake.[1]
