Julian Tiepolo (29?? – 3029) was the tweleth Primus of ComStar, holding the role during the Fourth Succession War. His most notable achivements was to oversee the Federated Commonwealth Alliance and introduce the Concord of Kapteyn. He suffered a massive heart attack that lead to his replacement by Myndo Waterly.
