The SLS Kiev was the winner of the Best WarShip category of the 2720 Martial Olympiad.^[1]

It is unclear if the SLS Kiev that won the Marital Olympiad in 2720 is the same ship as the battlecruiser THS Kiev, which Director-General Theodore Cameron used as his flagship when he launched a preemptive attack against a Free Worlds League fleet in the Oriente system in 2475.^[2]^[3]^[4]
