On the 11th of November 3077, Landfall was one of four Free Worlds League worlds to be attacked by the Marian Hegemony; various Legions from the Marian Hegemony Armed Forces struck at Landfall along with Kendall, Lahti and San Nicolas. On Kendall, the defending FWLM forces fought back with nuclear weapons, destroying the bulk of II Legio and forcing the few survivors to retreat back to Landfall in December.[25]
