Colonel Moe Routhier was the commander of the Third Fronc Cuirassiers as of 3145.[1]

Routhier, with the Third Fronc Cuirassiers, was based on Spencer and Appian as of 3145.[1] Unlike in other Fronc Cuirassiers formations, Routhier mostly kept his BattleMech, armor, aerospace and infantry branches separate, rather than joining them in small combined arms units.[2]
