Neil Avellar II was the President of the Outworlds Alliance.
History
Early life
Neil was born on Alpheratz.[1]
In some date prior to 3029, he was already the President of the Outwordlds Alliance. One of his nieces, Rowan Avellar, became the black sheep of the family because she wanted to be MechWarrior. Neil buyed her a brand new Merlin (BattleMech) and let her go to make career as mercenary.[3]
Marriage
In 3034 Neil would marry Federated Suns diplomat Baroness Rebecca DeSanders.[2]
