History
They were the militia of New Syrtis and as such, a traditional, beloved unit of the Capellan March.
They took part in the fightings on New Syrtis, when the planet was invaded by pro-Katherine-forces. In February 3066, the unit tried to do her Duke George Hasek a favor, by wiping out the remains of the 11th Avalon Hussars. They acted alone, to present this victory as a surprise. However, they fell into a trap and were destroyed as a unit by the 11th Avalon Hussars and the 4th Donegal Guards. Only few survived.[1]
Officers
In 3025 the commanding officer is Major General Jara Dahar.[2]
As of 3054 to 3062 the Commanding Officer was Major General Tia Caruthers.[3][4]
