Sahalli Odessa was the leader of the Azami Brotherhood.

He rose through the ranks of the DCMS and served the Dragon with distinction. With the beginning of the Jihad he was considered as a negotiator between his people and the other Combine citizens. After the calamitous asteroid accident on Arkab, only one family member, his daughter and aide, survived. Since this time he accepted the burden as caliph of the Azami people.
