Samson Furey was a Clan Smoke Jaguar Star Captain turned abtakha Wolf's Dragoons Lieutenant, part of the Baker Company of the Dragoons' Delta Regiment.

History
Until the Battle of Luthien, Samson had been on the rise in Clan Smoke Jaguar. He earned his bloodname at age 26, and he had reached the rank of Star Captain. At Luthien, he was captured by Wolf's Dragoons and was made a bondsman, and by 3057 he was a Lieutenant in the mercenary company.[1]
Samson fought on Coventry in April 3058, engaging Clan Jade Falcon forces.[1]
BattleMechs
By 3058, for the Dragoons, Samson piloted a Black Hawk, custom-modified from the Alpha configuration. Anti-missile systems were replaced with heat sinks, and instead of a medium pulse laser, the 'Mech used two extended range medium lasers.[1]
