Captain Samuel Hibbard was the commander of Hibbard's VTOL Squadron, Support Battalion of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3030.[1]

Hibbard was a second generation Dragoon, with his parents being MechWarriors with the unit, and was young for his command as at 3030. He was reputed to be bright, polite even to enlisted personal, but a stern commander regardless.[1]
