Terrence Liao (b. ???? - d. ????) was the Chancellor who established closer ties with the Terran Hegemony.

Biography

Terrence Liao was the illegitimate son of Kalvin Liao. After his aunt and cousin left the Chancellorship, he ascended to the Celestial Throne.[1] Terrence married Lady Victoria Matthews, a noblewoman from Terra. Terrence was also responsible for involving the Confederation in the Third Andurien War.[2] In 2556, Terrence signed the Star League Accords and the Confederation joined the Star League.[3]
