History
Turkina's Talons serves as the Jade Falcon Homeworld Defense Force. It consists of two Galaxies of ground troops supported by the Emerald Talon Naval Assault Star. The Talons were responsible for fending off attacks by Clan Steel Viper and Clan Snow Raven. (This command largely seems to be an administrative convenience more than a combat formation.)[1]
Officers
As a combined formation of two Galaxies, there was no particular commanding officer. Command apparently traded between the higher ranking Galaxy Commander.
Tactics
Not really applicable as this appears to be largely an administrative command.
