Planetary History
Clan Invasion
Unzmarkt was conquered by Clan Wolf as part of their Fourth Wave of attacks during Operation Revival in July 3050. Trinaries Command and Striker, along with Alpha and Bravo Assault Novas of the 37th Striker Cluster, faced off against the Unzmarkt Free Rebel Armored Division. Initially the defenders made a good show of themselves, holding back the two Novas for three days along the shores of the Hester-Kester Fjord. Unfortunately they also ran their military like a democracy, which caused a lack of discipline and effectively doomed their efforts. The division's strong defensive line was quickly breached and the capital Castle Rock seized, ending resistance to Clan Wolf rule.[21]
Jihad
Unzmarkt was the subject of a second invasion between April and August 3071 when forces from Clan Hell's Horses invaded the Clan Wolf occupation zone in the Inner Sphere, attempting to annex planets to form their own holding in Spheroid space.[12] As the Hell's Horses campaign began to stall, Clan Wolf launched a series of counterattacks; Unzmarkt was targeted by Clan Wolf in October, and Wolf forces had retaken the world by the 14th of November.[12][13][14] Between the 14th and 31st of January 3072 the Wolves forced the last of the Hell's Horses off Unzmarkt.[14][22]
