Character History

A distant cousin of Takashi Kurita,

He commanded a Battalion in 2nd Sword of Light, when he defeated Hanse Davion's older brother, Ian, but was unable to capitalize on the victory due to the actions of Morgan Kell. After being defeated in 3013 by Morgan on Mallory's World, he retired to a monastery, where he waited until 3025. Takashi gave him permission to commit seppuku, provided he first form an elite unit, the Genyosha, to destroy Morgan Kell and his Hounds. He later committed ritual suicide seppuku at the end of the Fourth Succession War, after failing to kill Kell.

Family & Legancy

Yorinaga married Sula Brahe[1] and had one son, Akira Brahe.

After he was sent into exile as a non-person, his wife and son were sold in slavery. His father-in-law saved his daughter and grandson. His wife was allowed to kill herself after her master agreed to it. His son was saved by adoption by his grandfather.[2]
