On the 2 February 3078 episode of McLaughlin's Power Hour, McLaughlin answered an investment query from a caller named Carol Sterling, who asked how to invest her father's inheritance. McLaughlin responded by advising her to make long term investments in companies such as Nashan Diversified, ComPress, Tharkan Media Associates (TMA) and StarCorps Industries, despite the bear market which was then being experienced.[1]
