Debra Hale was the commanding officer of the Ring of Fire III-beta of the Word of Blake Militia's First Division as of 3062.[2]
History[edit]
Precentor V Hale, serving with the First Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062. A member of the Expatriates faction, Hale and her Level III left ComStar wholesale after Victor Steiner-Davion became Precentor Martial of ComStar and joined the First Division as an intact unit.[2]
By 3067, now-Precentor X Hale remained in command of the Ring of Fire and was stationed on Epsilon Eridani.[1]
