Karl Karter was a officer in the Com Guards, eventually rising to command the 308th Division.

Post-Tukayyid[edit]
Karl took command of the 308th after the Battle of Tukayyid. Undertaking the long process of rebuilding the shattered Division, finally after five years he had nursed the unit back to full strength.[1]
Defense of Maldonado[edit]
Karter died during the Clan Smoke Jaguar raid on Maldonado.[2][3]
