Imperator Kesi Aldrich was the military aide to Caesar Ignatius O'Reilly from at least 3145 to 3151.[1][2]

Following the failure of Prefect Mohamed Kilgore's 3147 campaign into the Free Worlds League, Aldrich came to consider it so ill-planned and costly, that it would be some time before the Hegemony could again attempt such offensive actions against a neighboring state.[2]
This was despite the fact Aldrich had been lulled into a false sense of complacency by the initial weak response to the Hegemony incursion, doubling down with a series of deep raids which avoided worlds with Free Worlds League Military troop concentrations, which as late as the end of 3149 he still considered a major success.[3]
