Koshori Laguna was the commanding officer of the Fourth Donegal Guards Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Laguna, commanding the Fourth Donegal Guards' Thirty-first Donegal Mechanized Regiment, was stationed on Velhas in 3062.[2] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Leutnant-General Laguna was given command of the remnants of the Fourth Donegal's Infantry Brigade and was stationed on New Syrtis by 3067.[1]
