Kyle Reefman was a Police officer in Solaris VII after the Jihad.[1]

Daniel Thomas was in charge of the operation to capture Connor DeLon for his opportunistic actions after the Word of Blake ejection from Solaris. In an internal communique he was asking Kyle Reefman to help to set up a perimeter and keep Erik Gray and his forces from interfering in the operation. The operation itself would have Kate Jenkins's SRTs setting up a cordon around the target, and Sanjeev Phillips's snatch squads would breach and secure HVTs.[1]
