Lane "The Schoolmaster" Brandenburg-Curi was the commanding officer of the Word of Blake Militia's Sixth Division as of 3062.[2]
History[edit]
Precentor XII Brandenburg-Curi, serving with the Sixth Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062. Known as "The Schoolmaster", when Brandenburg-Curi learned of the nickname, he issued an order allowing its usage in place of his proper rank. Brandenburg-Curi was hard on his troops and expected the best from them but was charitable with rewarding success. While this meant that his troops didn't love him, they appreciated the high degree of skill Brandenburg-Curi coaxed from them and the unit's morale was quite high as a result. The Sixth Division's high skill level was a double-edged sword and many of the unit's troops were transferred in order to shore up other divisions, much to The Schoolmaster's growing annoyance.[2]
By 3067, now-Precentor XVII Brandenburg-Curi remained in command of the Sixth Division and was still stationed on Terra.[1]
