Stephen Rockwell was the Commander of Wolf's Dragoons' Seventy-fifth Dragoons Heavy Armor Regiment from Delta Regiment in 3058, during the Battle of Coventry.
History[edit]
Rockwell was a "hardcore tanker" who rose through the ranks on merit.[1] There are indications Rockwell may have survived the fighting on Buckminster, and was later promoted to full colonel wherein he coordinated with the new Black Widow Company and their commander, Captain Stacy Church, after the death of Maeve Wolf.[2]
