Star Colonel Tally was a Clan Wolf, and later Clan Wolf-in-Exile, Warrior during the Refusal War.[1]

Tally would participate in the Refusal War as part of Clan Wolf. After the fighting ended, Tally would join the Clan Wolf-in-Exile forces in the Inner Sphere. Tally commanded the Alpha Garrison Cluster of Epsilon Galaxy in 3058.[1]
